Launch Facts

  1. 01$SFC launches as a normal pump.fun coin (SIMULATION network). You sign one launch transaction; RESPAWN never holds your wallet key.
  2. 02Declared dev wallets (1): HsmR...r1BT. Only these wallets are covered. Undeclared wallets are not covered.
  3. 03Declared wallets never sell or move out more than 50% of the dev bag in any rolling 30 days.
  4. 04The pledge can never be loosened after launch. It can only be tightened.
  5. 05Any sell or transfer out of the declared wallets counts as outflow. Moves between declared wallets do not count.
  6. 06The first 10 minutes after launch are a grace period: outflow then is not counted, but it lowers the dev-bag high-water mark.
  7. 0750% of this coin's pump.fun creator fees go to its respawn vault through pump.fun fee sharing. Removing or reducing that share counts as breaking the pledge.
  8. 08RESPAWN keeps 10% of the vault's fee income as a protocol fee. The fund is capped at 25 SOL; above that, fee income goes back to you.
  9. 09RESPAWN records the full holder list about every 3 minutes and publishes each snapshot's hash.
  10. 10If the pledge breaks, the RESPAWN keeper launches "Sad Frog Club RESPAWNED" ($SFC2) on pump.fun as a Holder Rewards coin, spends the respawn fund on its opening buy, and airdrops it to holders from the last snapshot before the breach.
  11. 11The airdrop is pro rata to v1 balances, capped at 5% per wallet. Declared wallets, pump.fun curve and pool accounts, program accounts and dust are excluded.
  12. 12A respawn needs at least 0.15 SOL in the fund. Below that the breach report still publishes and the fund keeps accruing for 72 hours.
  13. 13Respawns are executed by the RESPAWN keeper after operator review (off-chain in this version). Every transaction is shown publicly.
  14. 14The v2 is a new memecoin with no promised value. Its creator fees go to v2 holders, never to a dev.
  15. 15You add a 0.3000 SOL bond to the respawn fund. It is spent only on a respawn.
