Rug it.It respawns.
Rug a RESPAWN coin and it relaunches without you, airdropped to every holder from before the dump.
Creators declare their dev wallets and pledge how much they will ever sell. If they break it, the RESPAWN keeper launches a v2 on pump.fun with the coin's own respawn fund and airdrops it to the holders. The dev gets nothing.

Full rules- 01
Launch with a pledge
The creator launches a normal pump.fun coin through RESPAWN, declares up to 5 dev wallets (each one signs), and pledges a sell limit like 25% of the dev bag per 7 days. Part of the creator fees flows into the coin's respawn vault.
- 02
Everyone watches
Every coin page shows the dev-bag meter against the pledge, the fund growing from fees, and a holder snapshot taken every few minutes with its Merkle root. Buy anywhere. Holding is enough to be covered.
- 03
Break it, it respawns
If the declared wallets sell past the pledge, the keeper launches “NAME RESPAWNED” on pump.fun as a Holder Rewards coin, spends the fund on its opening buy, and airdrops it to holders from the last snapshot before the dump.

Every rule, in plain English, before anyone signs.
Creators review this card before they sign the launch transaction. Buyers see the same card on the coin page. No fine print: these are the exact rules the keeper enforces.
Start a launch- 01$DOG launches as a normal pump.fun coin. You sign one launch transaction; RESPAWN never holds your wallet key.
- 02Your dev buy: 1.0000 SOL.
- 03Declared dev wallets (2): Crea...1111, A1tW...2222. Only these wallets are covered. Undeclared wallets are not covered.
- 04Declared wallets never sell or move out more than 25% of the dev bag in any rolling 7 days.
- 05The pledge can never be loosened after launch. It can only be tightened.
- 06Any sell or transfer out of the declared wallets counts as outflow. Moves between declared wallets do not count.
- 07The first 10 minutes after launch are a grace period: outflow then is not counted, but it lowers the dev-bag high-water mark.
- 0850% of this coin's pump.fun creator fees go to its respawn vault through pump.fun fee sharing. Removing or reducing that share counts as breaking the pledge.
- 09RESPAWN keeps 10% of the vault's fee income as a protocol fee. The fund is capped at 25 SOL; above that, fee income goes back to you.
Honest limits included.
If the dev dumps, the community respawns. That is the whole promise. Here is what it does not do.
Does RESPAWN stop a dev from selling?
No. Nothing stops anyone from selling on pump.fun. RESPAWN makes breaking the pledge expensive and public: if the declared wallets sell past the limit, the respawn fund launches a sequel and hands it to the holders who were there before the dump.
What if the dev sells from a wallet they didn't declare?
Then it is not covered. Coverage only applies to declared wallets, and every coin page says so. Undeclared alts are the biggest limit of this version. Funding-cluster heuristics are on the roadmap, shown as information, not enforced.
Who actually executes the respawn?
The RESPAWN keeper, an off-chain service. On mainnet, a detected breach first becomes a proposal that an operator approves (review mode). Every transaction (breach, snapshot, v2 create, every airdrop batch) is shown on the respawn page. An on-chain program with a permissionless crank is on the roadmap.
Is the v2 worth anything?
Maybe nothing. The v2 is a new memecoin with no promised value. What is different: it has no dev, its creator fees go to v2 holders (pump.fun Holder Rewards), and its supply starts in the hands of the people who held v1.
Who gets the airdrop?
Everyone in the last holder snapshot taken before the breaching sell, pro rata to their v1 balance, capped at 5% per wallet. Declared dev wallets, the bonding curve, pool vaults, program accounts and dust are excluded. Buying after the breach does not count.
Where does the respawn fund come from?
A share of the coin's pump.fun creator fees (default 50%, minimum 20%) is routed to the coin's respawn vault through pump.fun fee sharing, plus an optional SOL bond from the creator. RESPAWN skims 10% of that income as its fee. The fund is capped at 25 SOL. Removing the vault from fee sharing counts as a breach.
Can the creator loosen the pledge later?
No. A pledge can only be tightened after launch, never loosened.
Do I need to do anything as a holder?
No. Holding is enough to be in the snapshot. If a respawn fires, the largest holders get tokens pushed to their wallet; everyone else can claim with one signature (you pay the network fee and your token-account rent).
Dev dumps. Holders respawn.
Launch a coin your buyers can check before they ape. It costs nothing to keep the pledge.
